It has to match the UKPRN attached to the learners in your ILR and the organisation that holds that contract

Steveh is right as this is what the ESFA clause as their mandatory declarations. It would be useful if they would stick to these being needed on set months so providers know not to submit a declaration in that month to double up on work (happened to me for this month.) Yep Steve Hewitt that's right, the names and values appear and you just review and amend where needed and press submit. Actually a lot easier then it was back in the day when you had to submit a new excel document to the ESFA twice a year.

Ask your advisor from the JCP to send the referral letter via email with names of learners and date and time of programme

I'm not familiar with the different FMR's but a learner with a prior attainment at L2+ would not be fully funded, unless they were in receipt of benefits. if they are employed/not in receipt of benefits then they would be co-funded. I'm not sure why it states you must change it to 99 as that implies its full-cost

Hi Paul My example was for an AEB learner rather than an apprentice. Im a little confused, is this apprenticeship delivery? If you're using an eportfolio system it will be down to the wording of the entry- backed up by a timetable/session evaluation

Hi Paul, If you refer to the start date section in this years ILR specification document you will find the below statement at the bottom: In the case of open learning or distance learning, the date on which the first course material is sent or presented to the learner should be recorded. In the case of accreditation of prior experience and learning, the start date would be the date on which the accreditation process started. We use a platform licenced by Learning Curve called E-Assessor. From that we use the date that states "question bank allocated to learners" which means when they've set up the qualification on the learners portfolio - an auditor has okayed this as acceptable start of learning evidence. Actually during an audit last year the Auditor had forgotten or wasn't aware of the text in bold above and I did (quite smugly) point them in the direction of it. if you don't use E-Assessor you'd need a form of a induction register stating that this is when they were given their leaning materials. I hope this helps, Kelly

I believe its based on their actual end date. So if their actual end date is within the 20/21 academic year you have until R14 to claim it. If their actual end date is 01/08/21+ then you can claim during your 21/22 returns I would like Steve Hewitt or Martin West input as they are way more knowledgeable then I am on this. @... ?

I might be wrong but I think it works like AEB where the payment is based on the learners actual end date, so if they achieve in 20/21 you have until R14 to receive payment, if you record the achievement afterwards with an actual end date in 20/21 then you can no longer receive the funding. I might be wrong though.,

They live in Devon? If its AEB then yes of course. What makes you think otherwise? I'm guessing Devon comes from AEB Non-Devolved funding.
