I’m not sure I understand why being divorced means she doesn’t have access to her marriage certificate. Can she not obtain a copy like you can for birth certificates? As a back up (and assuming this is for an apprentice) I’d suggest asking the EPAO.

Hi Paul, So you could calculate the way you suggested of subtracting the total earned from the Aim value. However the aim value is worked on the assumption the learner is fully funded, if any are co-funded (meaning you only receive around 50% of the full funding) that wont be accounted for in that amount. You're need to look for the value in the 'Non-public-funded contribution' column and subtract that from the unit price, this will give you the expected co-funded value Check the Learning delivery funding and monitoring type - full or co funding indicator' column and this will tell you if they are co-funded/fully funded, 1 is for fully funded and 2 for co-funded. Bear in mind, this all only works if their planned end is in 21/22. If they are due to complete in 22/23 you're need to work out the spilt across years

Hi Keli, It's difficult to fully advise you as auditors were being more forgiving for activity in 20-21, due to Covid. Anything signed after day1 will cause you issues. What the knock on is we cant say, I'm afraid. I'm sorry if I haven't been helpful

Face to face. We deliver a chunk of our lessons this way- whether as 1:1 or in virtual workshops. What you can’t do is attract an area uplift, as there is no delivery location as such.

The Apprenticeship Agreement should be signed on or before learning takes place. We have had recent examples of where the learner or employer was late signing via Docusign and this was raised in both internal and external audits. There’s really not much you can do unless you want to push the learners start date back by a few weeks so that the date is after when they signed but that may not be ideal for you and would require the paperwork being completed again. it’s difficult especially when we’re dealing with electronic signatures.

You could use =COUNTDIF to work out the number of months between the two dates and then do *0.80\no of months. I do something similar for AEB but have to remember to count a double payment in month1. Outside of this I’m not sure what else to suggest
