Hi That's strange as we didn't have the same problem and left these blank for non teaching staff. Are you adding data into Sub Role 1 and Main Role? This is usually the same if staff only have one role. Kind regards Ibrahim

Hi We also have some of these show up under report 21B-004 (Possible duplicate or overlapping non-regulated learning aims) but as they are Community Learning aims and learners can do two CL courses concurrently we've left them. Kind regards Ibrahim
