Hi Claire, We have diploma's on our report aswell as English and maths aims, its the funded aims that you need to look at on this report. So for us the diploma aren't funded under apprenticeship, so we focused on English and maths aims only. If the aims aren't funded, I would annotate the report to say not funded. Hope this helps. Many Thanks Sarah

Hi Stacey, The training plan would need updating and you would need to have something built into the training plan or a separate declaration to meet the following rules: Apprenticeship funding rules: Planned hours agreed at the beginning of the programme versus actual hours delivered - P54 - P55.4 Many Thanks Sarah

Hi Gary, I believe it down to the EPAO and the provider to agree any contract renewals. There is nothing in the rulings but as it is a requirement for the evidence pack for audits, it maybe best to check each contract year that they are still valid? Just my thoughts :) Thanks Sarah

Hi Jim, Unless they started in a contract year where the funding rules allowed a change of employer during a break in learning (pre 20-21 I believe). I don't believe they are able to take on the learner during a break in learning and it would need to be a withdrawal then a "restart" once they are ready to commence. That's my understanding and general feeling around this query, hope it helps

Hi Dan, The time period to allow the temporary number to be used for this learner entry has now passed, as their SD in the spreadsheet states 26/07/2021. You now need to obtain the correct ERN number relating to the employer and replace the temporary number. Thanks

Hi Melissa, Yes I would say so and we have used that code aswell, as we cant ascertain the correct level. We then annotate the PDSAT to give content to the code and hold the evidence of the overseas quals. Many Thanks Sarah

Hi Gary, Every one is different with these, it depends on your actual costs for the apprenticeships. I know for us, we do a set cost for the initial assessment based on how much it costs on average for the initial assessment process. We then have a percentage for each standard on OTJ area for example, depending on how much OTJ is needed for each delivery plan. So its up to the training provider to work out associated cost and as long as you can show a breakdown of the 5 areas, like the above, it should be fine - my understanding anyway. Hope it helps Sarah
