Yes I had the same problem was using Edge copied and pasted the password reset link into Google chrome and it worked for me

Update - I submitted a new file to SLD today and these errors have now disappeared!!!!!

Hi Steve yes all under SOF 116 GLA and the errors are reported through SLD.

Hi Ben thanks for your reply. As these are the first apprentices we have had transferred to us the answer is no I have not ticked the 'restart indicator'. Should I have also added their original start date from the other provider which was 18/11/2021 on our ILR? thanks Angie

Hi Lisa, i have uploaded the R08 FIS file and then click onto the annotations tab and try to upload my Excel PDSAT with my annotations but nothing comes up to say its saved or any error message?  I must be doing something wrong but have tried some many times without success. thanks
