Hi all, We have used the 99999999 code for 3 new employers as they have never been registered with the EDRS , so have no numbers attached to them. We are now getting validation errors on our claim, can anyone help?? They do not come up on the new EDS search. Thank you

We are currently using Pelcomp PICs but with lots of 3rd party add on's. So we are wondering if BUD would be a good option. I have had a demo with them and found it looked amazing......but is it really???

Thank you, it is for an apprenticeship Level 2. We have also been advised that we should be given a 'Share code' so we can view their right to work here? This learner has not applied for citizenship but does have a visa covering her time on her apprenticeship, is this ok? It is all new to us so any advice is much appreciated!

Hi Thank you, we did also think this but the paragraph P119 in the funding rules state 'Apprentices are eligible to receive a £1,000 bursary payment if they have been in the care of a UK local authority as defined in paragraph P111' and then reading P111, it states 'an eligible child -a young person who is 16 or 17 and who has been looked after by a UK local authority/health and social care trust for at least a period of 13 weeks since the age of 14, and who is still looked after. So we wasn't sure! Thank you

Thank you for your reply. I think this is where we have gone wrong, we used Code 4 in the EEF, but assuming it should have been code 2 as they were not in care, but do have and EHC
