hi Martin West ... following on from you comment yesterday ... I put in the exemption and it errored in our ILR today saying that they cannot be exempt as they don't have and EHCP, so I had to remove it.  Any adivce? Or will they just sit on our COF report?

Hi.  I dont know if I am going mad or if our English & Maths condition of funding report is wrong.  I have a learner who is enrolled on FS English Level 2 06/09/21 to 08/07/2022 (withdrew 28/09/2021), withdrew off all aims on this date too.  Has a grade for English recorded as NONE.  But they are showing of the EAM COF report as Doesn't have English, Not Studying English Any ideas?

Sorry Steve ... I got my words mixed up.  They have done a Level 1 as a Study Programme (Foundation Studies) and want to come back next year and do a Traineeship with a Level 1 aim (Foundation Studies).  I have it in my head that as its in the same area it could not be funded as the learner should be progressing.  Not sure on numbers, but maybe a handful
