Ruth Canham-James Agree that the Spec is most likely the document that incorrect for exactly the reason you've stated here, and that it's just not consistent with what they've required for adults for the last X years. Likely they removed FM10 and forgot to replace it with FM11. I have contacted the ESFA and also recommended that our in-house systems support team contact the external system provider.

Yes, we were getting this. Our own Systems team advised that "Tribal haven’t update the procedure that does the planned hour calculation to include the new FMs", which is what Graham Knight has said too. Our team were able to update the procedure themselves, so we have it working again, and they have reported it to Tribal too, so hopefully you'll get it fixed soon.

Do the dates for the 12 include 29/02/2024, but the others don't? The leap day could be pushing the rounding from rounding down to 418 to rounding up to 423.

They've not updated the reports yet: I believe the answer to your query is here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/esfa-update-27-march-2024/esfa-update-further-education-27-march-2024 ...providers will continue to receive monthly payments representing 95% of the agreed price for training and assessment until June, when backdated payments for April and May for the 5% balance of funding will be made.

We have a bunch of those too, and I just assumed they were ok given there was no money showing owing, and we had received the completion payment. But given the examples from Steve H and I think in the past part of an LSECT (when they were LSECT) seminar about issues with these parts of pennies I'm now very interested in what they say.

So yes, co-investment report is wrong.

Ruth Canham-James Connor Goulding Steve Hewitt I've just received a reply from the Specialist support team at the App service helpdesk and they have said the opposite of what your helpdesk person did regarding the need to return the SEM: The Specialist Support team have been in touch today to let us know: For the 16-21 year old cohort, you no longer need to record the SEM code. We are currently in the process of updating the Technical Funding Guide so that this aligns with the recent policy change. An updated Tech funding guide would be nice given the "current" one is "from 2020" and last updated in May 2021!

Ruth Canham-James The only solutions I can see are: - Just leave it and accept that it's not fair. - Scrap the co-investment for all 16-21, even current levy payers with insufficient funds. - Create a mechanism for employers to revert to a non-levy account. Yep! Here's hoping it will be option 2...
