Thanks for this Martin West 1. What happens to the FS funding claim if one month an apprentice submits evidence for the practical training but does not submit FS evidence – is the training provider supposed to stop the payment for that month? 2. Is the requirement that the FS training delivery must be broken down into a schedule as per the extract from ESFA Training Plan template below and this is what an auditor will expect to see? [image] 3. If a learner withdraws from the apprenticeship, (resignation - not a redundancy) does their FS training and funding end too?

Roz Goodall Thanks for your reply Roz, really helpful, and yes, really complicated! One other question: If the learner is unable to sit the EPA before they leave their current employer and the new employer doesn’t want to ‘pay’ for the 20% completion and EPA from their levy pot, is this where the ‘Transfer of Levy Funds’ would apply? Meaning the previous employer transfers the 20% completion of their levy funds and EPA costs to the new employer via DAS (the new employer needs to have a DAS account). So the new employer will have: TNP1 costs = 20% completion TNP2 costs = EPA costs
