Sorry to reopen this again but i'm facing a query. We have an apprentice who wants to take a 9 month break in learning due to a promotion. The employer supports this, but i'm not sure that it is something to accept. The guidance doesn't give timeframes that i can see, but if someone is working in a higher level job surely this is going to give them the skills that we would teach throughout the programme hence making it difficult to justify activity upon their return. Any thoughts?

Martin West Thank you for this however, how do you think we stand with this extract from the rles: P299 Where an existing apprentice moves versions, they will continue the same funding band that they started on. P300 The employer may choose to re-negotiate the price for the new version with you or the end-point assessment organisation. If the employer negotiates an overall price that is more than the maximum allowed by the funding band for the standard that the apprentice started on, then the employer must pay in full the difference between the band maximum for the original standard and the total negotiated price. Does this mean we would add the additional fees commercially but keep the TNP within the original funding band limit?

Similarly to Steve, i don't think it shows in their account. It is extremely frustrating too, when you have a levy paying company that doesn't have enough in their pot in the month a learner achieves and the completion payment is held back over £14....

unfortunately it hasn't worked for me! I deleted my annotations, (which deleted all data) uploaded a FIS file, Uploaded the annotations, then uploaded another FIS file but the annotations aren't showing on any of the reports. So frustrating. I think i need more tea!

Hi, I have just come on to post the same query. I have got two copies of the co-investment report. One is a CSV & one is an excel one with "beta" in the filename. Only thing i can think is because several of us highlighted they'd started producing reports in .XLS instead of .csv but i'm not sure. Anyone else have thoughts?

I had the issue where i deleted my annotations and it deleted the return. Once i re-uploaded i was able to import the annotations again, and they were ok....until i uploaded a new return and the annotations didn't pull through. Any advice?
