The 25/26 rules now states: "Dependants of all individuals with sponsorship visa status, with the exception of seasonal workers, are eligible for ASF funding." Adult skills fund: funding and performance management rules 2025 to 2026 - GOV.UK Somewhat confusingly that line has been placed in the "Individuals who are not eligible for funding" section under Residency eligibility.

This is a known issue with EBS where its not including the Maths and English grades in its outputs. There is a spotfix available in Tribal's website and the fix will also be included in Service Pack 2 EDIT: I've just seen that Service pack 2 was released yesterday so if you/your infrastructure team download and apply this it should resolve your issue.

This sort of gets touched upon in the T Level industry placements: delivery guidance in section six. I say sort of because that section deals with those who haven't met the minimum industry placement hours due to a special consideration as well as those who haven't competed the the placement within 2 years and the ILR guidance really only mentions the former.

Prior to service pack 1 EBS wasn't outputting the employment status and still isn't outputting the English and Maths grade with a fix for that coming in service pack 2

I'll preface this with apprenticeships aren't really my forte and that this doesn't really answer your question but I did see that IfATE uses "Minimum duration to gateway" in the key information of some apprenticeships and "Typical duration to gateway" for others. I want to preface this with the fact I'm not an expert on skills bootcamps having only recently had to start looking into them but if they've had an interview but not been offered a job then it should look something like this: [image] guidance.submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk/23-24/psm/article/recording-skills-bootcamps-ilr (I can't seem to find a 2425 version of this...) So based on your example the outcome for the programme aim should be 3.

I think looking at the advice that there are currently two separate issues with the rule, one regarding returning learners and another where there is a technical issue with the DAM code exclusion 023. Although even if that is the case it doesn't give any guidance on what to do while the issue is under investigation.
