The learner moved provider so already had what we were told £4000 used in funding, hence our price of £17000. the price above funding band limit on the indicative report is showing £4400 above.

Hi We have some levy employers that have a shortfall on their levy payments, now I've got the R12 monthly payment report through I can have a look at total co-investment due from employer and invoice them. I did this last month for 3 learners that we hadn't received completion payment for and I still can't see it showing on the monthly payment report in the month they achieved, should i be able to? We've had a couple of apprentices that have disappeared off the Apprenticeship Service Account - can employer's delete accounts so it takes the apprentice off the account? It appears I think they must have been deleted when completed programme as we only go the DLOCK error after completion and I can't find them on the apprenticeship service account.

Hi Ben The only issue is that R14 has closed and their end date is in last year, if I change it won't it cause an error. If I don't change it it won't show as withdrawn just 8 learning activities are complete but the outcome is unknown.

Hi Andy I'm also new to this claiming the care leaver bursary, what you do need is a signed email or letter from a local authority appointed personal advisor confirming that the apprentice is a care leaver. On our ILR I have ticked that the learner is a care leaver but what I'm not sure is how you get the payment and what it will show as on the finance statements. Can anyone help with this?
