Martin West We have been reviewing the H&S document we send out to employers and where you have written "This can be part of any wider conversation on placement arrangements that may take place"... would you expect this conversation to be explicitly written down anywhere? Would adding a statement that this has been discussed in the apprenticeship services contract or funding paperwork be sufficient? Thanks, Matt

Hi Henry, Thanks for the link but I note that the bank holiday on the 8th of May doesn't impact the payment date next month. The 19th of May is the 13th working day. Thanks, Matt

Hi Martin, I was trying to be clever and post two questions in one post. The apprentice resuming from a BIL is different to the apprentice who may have started on the wrong standard. Thanks, Matt

We are also getting this error but this is the first time it's appeared after coding apprentices 2 & 8 whilst they wait for their result. We have learners on the ILR with this code and no errors. Is this a recent change or a known issue?
