Have you come across anyone who only had the BAIL201 letter and not an ARC yet?  She arrived in country in August and seems to think she doesn't have an ARC. Is that normal/correct?  Are they eligible for funding without the ARC? Thanks Ceri

I've just had a reply from our ESFA Contract Manager and she believes its will be June!  But then saw its been released TODAY! By the way, great name Ceri Foster :)
