I received the following response from the ESFA: Members of other nations’ armed forces stationed in England, and their family members, aged 19 and over, are eligible for ESFA funded AEB, set out in the who we fund section, if the armed forces individual has been ordinarily resident in England for the previous 3 years on the first day of learning. Its ESFA funding and she doesn't appear to have any immigration status of her own. She is here as a dependant of her husband.

Have you come across anyone who only had the BAIL201 letter and not an ARC yet? She arrived in country in August and seems to think she doesn't have an ARC. Is that normal/correct? Are they eligible for funding without the ARC? Thanks Ceri

I've just had a reply from our ESFA Contract Manager and she believes its will be June! But then saw its been released TODAY! By the way, great name Ceri Foster :)
