Hi Martin, Thank you. We should have entered the actual end date July 20 and updated outcome 8 in 19/20 but we haven't. That's why I think the on program payment in 20/21 will be an issue. Do you think so too?

Hi all, We have carried over some apprentices (standard) to 20/21 as the EPA is still outstanding and the learning planned end date is in 20/21 (December 20). So now we can complete them as they've finished their EPA. Learning actual end date was in last year July 20. Are we going to lose the on program instalment payment we got paid in 20/21 (Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov)? Many thanks.

Thank you, Chloe and Martin. We entered 1.4.20 as the BiL was due to Covid and the last learning date was in March. When she did not return we have to withdraw her but as it was back in 19/20, we want to check if we can change the end date to the actual end date. Many thanks for your replies.
