Yes, we have had this with multiple employers, our ILR is correct and matches the data the employer is providing them but doesn't allow them to claim. When I've followed up with the help desk they usually resolve it almost immediately and have informed me that their systems hadn't been updated!

Yes, we add the total number of days on the break onto the original planned end and if it is an apprentice we update the statement of commitment etc to reflect the changes.

Hi, if the learner went on a break in learning on 11/03/20, why did you enter 01/04/20 on the ILR? Surely even if the learner had returned in September they would still have started the break in March? If the last day of learning is 11/03/20 I believe you will have to return the March payment, we have used the EAS where we have had similar issues.

Hi, yes I believe so, we have had a few of these. We refund the first employer for the remaining delivery and then charge the remaining 5% to the new employer, we also record it on the ILR.

Hi Sarah, Have you updated the ACT on all of your aims in the ILR and the programme aim? We usually get this if we forget to update a Functional Skill aim. Thanks
