Morning, I am having the same issue and have raised it with the help desk. I have also cleared my Cache etc and different browsers but nothing works. They have just asked me a couple of questions and requested a screen print of the issue but explained nothing to capture as no error message. Once I press upload it reverts to the upload file page again and does nothing else. Fun and games during claim week :)

Good Morning, I have been trying for two days to submit an ILR and having the same problems, checked this morning and nothing has changed it still stays on the upload file page. Fingers crossed fix soon! I really want my ILR in :)
