Thank you, Martin. The £4,400 cap is useful to consider. I'm looking if there's an average amount a learner may receive in AEB funding. I know this won't be exact, but something as a rough average would be a start. Do you know if this published anywhere? I know they publish a lot of apprenticeship data on the 'explore education statistics' but I can't seem to find similar for AEB specifically.

Hi Zaheer. Keep the completion status as 1 until the EPA result is known. So 1:8, continuing but outcome not known. Once you know the EPA result, either pass or fail, update the compstatus to 2 and the outcome to either 1 or 3. You also add the achievement date at this point.

Thanks Martin. I looked at the Act and felt point A could be quite subjective and that's why I wondered if anyone had some good information on this. In the example of lack of confidence, couldn't it be argued that someone with less confidence than the average learner would have greater difficulty in learning?
