I'll always recommend PICS which is a great system. Advanced have now acquired BKSB and Smart Assessor too which makes it very easy for the 3 platforms to talk to each other.

Well its definitely gone for this year I'm afraid. if you remove it for this year your 23-24 data should be fine as R14 went last week? Details of change: The following NLM code has been removed for 24/25 code: 21 Learner in receipt of tutoring funded by the 16-19 tuition fund Due to the closure of the tuition fund at the end of the 23/24 academic year the code has been removed for 24/25

No commitment to enrolment might mean no commitment to learning. I've seen a learner sign their enrolment form and learning agreement as zippy before. I think as long as the signatures are consistent throughout then an auditor cant really complain.

Last date of evidenced attendance for each aim. Like Steve says it will error out if your programme end date doesn’t match the last aim end date. Control issue from an audit.

I’d be careful with this one. What’s the qualification? Had this before and the advice from the EFSA was you can’t redo the same qual code and redress it with different units.
