What was the reason for the amendment? As you you aware you can make a change if in error, is the difference significant?

Ah, interesting, I haven't come across that scenario yet. I would suggest contacting them to ask if they can manually amend from their side. If not that I believe the likely suggestion will be to remove the cohort all the way back to the start and load a new one with the correct price and adjustment.

Hi, Did you do the correction by amending the original amount or by adding a residual price? When you next do a data submission via submit learner data you should get a ILR mismatch notification on DAS that will allow you to correct the price to match the ILR.

Any chance of a hint of what the notification looks like, I had our finance team take a look at some the documents they get but nothing seemed to jump out as being flagged as bursary. Does it appear as a regular list item for payment?

Suppose we withdraw everyone who is now exempt, does anyone not near the end of the programme now need to enrol on Level 2 to complete the work towards criteria? Learners with the lowest grades surely aren't going to start passing through L2 but perhaps the ESFA are satisfied that at least there is an attempt to deliver at that level.

Agreed with Tracey, you can give them more time on programme which will stretch payments accordingly but the provision of additional admin activity to facilitate this would be unlikely to be accepted as a reasonable adjustment.
