Morning, you are correct FS Eng and maths are excluded There are four key tests. To be considered as off-the-job training, the activity must:  • Teach new knowledge, skills and behaviours; • Be directly relevant to the apprenticeship standard;  • Take place in the apprentice’s normal working hours; and • Exclude ineligible activities such as initial assessment and English and maths

Hi Simon, I also have a couple on this report - Continuing learners from last academic year who do not appear in this academic year’s ILR. However, after doing some digging, our learners are actually in this academic years ILR R1, R2 and R3, these reports now showing on the dashboard are from R4 so the data is not there for them to pull from. Due to my current organisations current situation, I have gone back to our contact to advise. Hope you get yours sorted :)

The ESFA will "expect" a reduction in price if the RPL fields are used. If it was me, I would "stop" and add back on DAS with the correct information.

Hiya, does the 50% rule not apply here, if they have already completed at least 50% and perhaps near EPA? Spends at least 50% of their working hours in England over the duration of the apprenticeship.
