Thanks Ben James That is what i have done. I'd be interested to know what they say. Just seems odd that they would do 50/50 on the formats, i could understand to an extent if they'd done all of them!

I'm not sure what steps you/employer are following to resolve this, but we had a very similar issue last year with a levy employer showing on DAS as non Levy. After moths of trying to sort it, it turned out that there was a box that needed to be ticked somewhere at HMRC and once they spoke to them and HMRC updated the record, it was rectified within 24 hours. I know this is tight with R14, but it might be worth a go.

Hi Wendy, you don't. As long as the learner has met the minimum OTJ for the programme you are fine.

Hi, I posted the same message on here last week. Unfortunately I've not had any responses but Isuppose you can at least take comfort in the fact that it is not just you. I've not yet reported it to the helpdesk, but know I know its not only us, I will do.

The ILR does drive it, but if it hasn't been approved you can change it.

Thanks Joe. Apparently it is legit, but looks different to the service centre email addresses i've had in the past.

Chris Bennett Thank you. I also raised it to them directly and they said it defaults to the warning as it looks at the price on 1st of the month, but should be fine. Thanks for your help.
