Perfect! and yes it did start in September 2023 so the same academic year.  I have just come across a mid year starter with a start date of the Qual, the month before he started (19Jan instead of 19Feb) so will action this in the same way as it is a genuine error. Fortunately have only seen these two.  Thanks Ems

I believe, looking on their PLR that this was just a unit which was also why I was not confident it was enough....  City & Guilds of London Institute NVQ/GNVQ Key Skills Unit 10002728 Key Skills in Application of Number - level 2 That's how it is displayed on the learners Personal Learning Record - as a unit to my understanding within her NVQ L3 in Children's Care Learning and Development Therefore this isn't enough to be exempt ?

Sorry Martin - I am a bit confused on this as this is the first migration I have ever done let alone still learning everything ILR with these scenarios. I don't quite understand what I need to do..... The old aims, showing BiL on the 22-23 ILR stay as they are right? I open new aims as restarts but immediately put them on BiL ?? But what start and end dates do I use as they haven't restarted ?? Sorry I really don't understand what the rules of migration are saying in practice ? Thanks Ems
