Thanks Kelly :) The learner had declared 10+ years in the UK but only supplied an address to cover 2 years. I was really asking if we need to  chase the address (for the other year) or just accept that they lived in the uk for all their life.

I was about to post and ask a similar question. We have a transfer and DAS will not accept our RPL OJT hours remaining as it is below the minimum. Do we need to calculate the OJT remaining and add this to the new DAS fields? It will not accept it if it is below the minimum. or do we approve the learner on DAS without RPL (with previous provider)

Just to add to the above, we have a learner on an unfunded apprenticeship but we are getting errors because of her age. This is why we have put her unfunded. How can we get her on the ILR with no errors so we cn get her certificated? We have the same situation as above where our learner is in Gateway (code 1 (continuing) and 8 (in EPA)). The Learner has now gone on Maternity early and cannot do the EPA until she returns (this could be over 12 months). Does any one know it there is a time limit on sitting the EPA (or is this up to the EPAO) or can we leave the learner coded as above indefinitely?
