Our dashboard has been a sea of error messages and "under investigation" since the service first launched Eleanor Piper :(
@... ours has worked intermittently but this is certainly not the first time it has been unusable.
Henry Wish thanks for the update. I am sure you will be well aware of how time critical this is for us all, and the importance of being able to submit early in order to find and resolve any DLOCKs before the deadline.

Hi Henry Wish,
I have just tried to upload an ILR file and it is still failing so I don't believe this error is resolved.
I will also raise a ticket with the service desk, but this is really not helpful a week before the P14 deadline.

I have just received the below message from the PDSAT Helpdesk.
Please note that PDSAT does not currently accept 2324 returns. Development of 2324 functionality is underway and we'll let you know as soon as we have an update for when they'll be ready

Henry Wish Thanks for your updates - I'm 90 minutes into waiting for a file to process today. Is this what I should expect at this time of year or is there a further issue, do you think?
Thanks again Henry Wish. It's still stuck at 'processing' so I think that it's not going to go through. I'm not seeing an option to delete, so it's blocking a new attempt to upload, too. I tried the Helpdesk this morning, I'm hoping they'll respond.

Online PDSAT - uploads failing

Anyone else having problems with online PDSAT this morning?
I tried uploading a FIS file last night, which failed. I've tried uploading again this morning. Tried exporting a new ILR file, re-running it through FIS (0 errors) then uploading. Tried uploading an ILR file alone.
All have failed. I've emailed the helpdesk but just wondered if it is working OK for everyone else?
