Think it has to be a DAS stop and create a new record. Or see if the LRS can merge the previous ULN to the new one so that you can continue to use.

I'm not sure it will be updated - I think the minimum remains the same until there is a review of annex c which I think I read will only be updated at certain points in time?

The published minimum is for an apprentice with no RPL. If a learner has RPL, you deduct this from the published minimum and that gives you the new minimum requirement. E.g published minimum is 400 hours, you identify RPL of 30 hours, new minimum is 370 (400-30).

Use the original planned end date to calculate the minimum OTJ. If they have met the minimum for the time they were originally planned to be on programme then they will be ok.

It is the later of the 2 dates. So if the planned end is 24/25, even if you withdrew them in 23/24, they count as leavers in 24/25. It works the other way too, if the planned end is 23/24 but you withdrawn in 24/25 they count as leavers in 24/25.

You can enrol as a restart with restart indicator, you then add both periods of learning together to meet the minimum duration.
