Hi, We have two systems and so get a number of these every month, it is correct to change the learner reference number in the latest record to match the learner ref from the first. If the learner is then disappearing from your income report and isn't on the rule violations I would suggest checking the file merge report produced when you merge your two files as there is probably some difference in the learner level detail between the two systems which is preventing the records being merged successfully and so they are being left out. The rule mustn't be switched on, I've updated the handful we have today by running a different report to check, not something you expect to be missing though!

We only use SLD so haven't tried FIS, they've actually been there for a few weeks, come through to the occs list the lot, but didn't have any employment status in the file.

Thanks, that is also my understanding, the issue we have is that our MIS only has one field for the ACT end date and so we can fill it in or not but not have it say two things in different years.

Hi Richard, We have these today too, the OTJActHours_02 is fine as that's in the rule violation guide and I thought that one was already switched on - there are learner's we should have returned the actual OTJ hours for where it has been missed. The other though is not on the rule violation doc and I think it shouldn't have been switched on, I can't find any guidance that refers to that error.
