We have a internal form but its mainly to ensure they are being placed on a bil for the right reasons. Having email confirmation from the employer sounds a good idea.

I'm guessing you don't use a e-portfolio system? We log the wbl elements in our eportfolio system and depending on the Apprenticeship additionally record the college delivery in our in-house electronic register system, otherwise its recorded in our e-portfolio system

Hi Clare, just be aware there is a maximum funding cap for AEB, I think its around £4400 (before uplifts.) So depending on the qual funding value you may not receive all of the funding for your aim. K

If Tier 4 is his current immigration status then he wont be fundable. Would apply to the spouse too. A Tier 5 visa appears to be for temporary workers - im not sure about the eligibility but a minimum of 3 years residency would be a must, which it looks like they dont have?

If you use an e-portfolio system most have forms embedded in them which could be used for this purpose. For example we use Smart Assessor and use the exit form within Smart when a learner goes on a break or withdrawals. Not saying its compulsory, just if you use something similar the form may already be there.
