Thanks both, we're a training provider, I'll liaise with employer to see if they want the App Cert.  I presumed because of the 3 year rule they weren't eligible for an Apprenticeship but I should have been thinking they aren't eligible for a FUNDED apprenticeship.

Thanks for the reply Steve, we use "99" for Welsh and Scottish Apprentices.  Could we treat them the same even though they haven't lived in the UK for 3 years ?

Hi Martin, thanks for your reply. For clarification if the end dates are revised to reflect the BiL only and the learner then continues in active learning for a further 14 weeks, this would not require their OTJ to be revised ?

We use the LET successfully with 380 learners, however we will be near to 500 by the end of the year.  We've been wondering where we go from here, does it warrant the cost of a ILR management system ? Could I export the file to be uploaded to the new funding year 23/24 but select "do not export" on leaners who have completed or withdrawn, thus reducing the number of learners on the LET but they will be on the old funding year software if needed.  Will this have an effect on our reported numbers ?

Another question re FS learning .... .... If the subcontractor does an initial assessment first, is this classed as "started learning"  or should it be the actual date they had their first teaching session ? We have a learner who has completed the initial assessment in January, but hasn't engaged in the first teaching session yet.
