Hi there We have had the same issue, with two learners completing and achieving early their L3s and progressing onto L6. There is still a data mismatch going back to September 2025. The help desk says the employer needs to change the end date - the employer couldn't (they screen shared and they didn't have the option as the learner had already achieved & we have received completion payment). Then the helpdesk wanted the evidence from our ILR of the completion which we sent then they said the employer must change the date. We are still stuck with no outcome - who do we complain too - as this is 4 months on......???

Hi there Just to add, we had a level 3 learner who required flexibility (with a school level E3) as they have dyscalculia plus several failed attempts at levels one and two. We asked and presented the information/evidence to the EPAO who accepted it & they are now in EPA.
