Yes, we add the total number of days on the break onto the original planned end and if it is an apprentice we update the statement of commitment etc to reflect the changes.

Hi, yes I believe so, we have had a few of these. We refund the first employer for the remaining delivery and then charge the remaining 5% to the new employer, we also record it on the ILR.

Hi Martin, Thank you for responding. Do you know how we do this as our ILR doesn't allow it, would we use the EAS even though we are not claiming over the £150 a month? Thank you
