Hi everyone Thanks for your replies  - Interesting paragraph Martin I would interpret this to be that if  any of these changes take place whilst  in learning then they don't apply,  rather than if they have withdrawn and returned some time later to restart the programme after these changes have already happened / been updated on provider systems....

Thank you both, That's; really useful , I did think that it may be at our discretion,  but was just unsure as we've always had to do it regardless which seemed like a pointless exercise when we're not going to enrol them to FS. Tracey

Hi Martin Thank you for your reply.  Just to clarify on point 1, does the employer put a stop on funding at 1st July or 1st August given the date they are closing. For point 3, do we tick the "has the learner been made redundant" box on the new employment record or the old one. Many thanks
