Good morning Emma Hall, If it stopped working from one year to the next then it suggests there an issue with the dates within the .xml file or the filename. Please can you get in touch with us via The Help Portal Please also upload this .XML file to SLD and provide us with the reference number so we can view it for issues and find a solution. Hi @..., If you run the ILR file through FIS and check the error file, it should note where/line the .XML file has failed. Henry

Side note: Please ensure the ILR file you are trying to import is in a location that doesn't have strict read/write permissions such as a network/shared device (Onedrive) Henry
